•The theme works with Google stock and custom ROMs based on AOSP 8.1 / 9.0 / 10.0
• LineageOS is not fully supported
• OxygenOS is not supported
•Does not work on Samsung devices running original firmware
• You need the substrate app from the Play Store to apply the theme.
• You must be rooted
IMPORTANT! When you open the theme in the substratum app, you will see the drop-down menu above the overlays. You should choose one according to your Android ROM version. There are also overlays with different variations for a specific Android version.
HOW to apply the theme?
Select all overlays (if there is an option in the overlay, read and choose wisely), hit the floating action and choose Build & Update. Wait for the process to complete and restart. Open the substrate again, select all of the overlays you previously built, hit the floating action button, and choose Activate this time. Enjoy the theme! To update an overlay, you must first deactivate it, create and update, and finally activate. There is no need to restart except for the Android system overlay.
After each update I recommend a clean install (uninstall all susbstratum manager overlays, restart and repeat the process as you did the first time). Also, after updating an app from the play store if it force quits, first try to uninstall the overlay for that app and install it again. I recommend turning off auto updating apps from the play store if you want the theme to work fully.
Do not report bugs if you are using custom DPI
