Flex Scroll will add a floating widget to the screen, equipped with automatic scrolling buttons: continuous scroll down / scroll up, page down / page up and page right / page left. It also adds a slider in the margin, which allows you to conveniently adjust the auto scroll speed while scrolling.
In addition, Flex Scroll offers two buttons each for continuous scrolling up and down: at normal speed and at reduced speed. Adjust these speeds to your liking, then switch from a higher speed for browsing to a slower speed for reading with the push of a button! (Pro version)

The app requires permission from the accessibility service to be able to scroll the screen.
The app will be able to perform gestures to automatically scroll the screen with a series of emulated gestures.
