Description

Addons Detector detects add-ons used by your installed applications. It has all the tools to find push notification ads, popup ads and icon ads.

If you are looking for the app that uses AirPush or other push notifications, you can easily find and uninstall the app.

If you get pop-up ads on your device, you should read the help text in the app. It explains how to remove them.

In addition to push notifications, using this app is a great way to see which apps from advertising agencies are using and what tools they have integrated.

Does the normal scan not find the spam ads? Turn on the notification monitor and you can easily see which program puts a notification in your system tray.

Another cool feature we’ve added is the live scanner. This scanner scans newly installed and updated apps for selected add-on categories and notifies you if they are found. This feature is reserved for users who have donated.

**To support us, you can now easily donate via in-app billing.**

To see all the add-ons we are currently detecting, check the in-app help or visit https://public.addonsdetector.com/what-we-detect/)

*** Known Issues ***

Samsung Galaxy 3 keeps talking to me when I say on my home screens folder is open or something like that.
This appears to be an ICS/Samsung bug. It happens to some people and also to other apps that use the accessibility service like Tasker, Light Flow and others.

Try to fix it:

Samsung S3: – Go to Settings -> Accessibility -> Talkback “ON” – Select “Settings” at the bottom of the page – Disable all Talkback options – Turn Talkback “Off” again – Go back to Settings -> Application Manager -> All – Disable Google TTS (text to speech) – Disable Samsung TTS (text to speech)

DISCLAIMER:

We cannot guarantee that our results are 100% correct. Sometimes add-ons, such as push notifications, are integrated into larger SDKs and the developer doesn’t need to use them, although we do detect them. We strive to be careful about marking apps as suspicious, but errors can occur.
