e-Connect is a service for the centralisation, management and supervision of systems that combines EL.MO anti-intrusion and fire prevention systems, home management systems and e-Vision® video surveillance systems in a single cloud platform.
e-Connect allows you to check the status of burglar and fire alarm systems (home, office, holiday homes, etc.), receive notifications, manage systems via graphic maps, enable/disable devices (e.g. detectors), view video surveillance images and manage home automation systems such as irrigation and lighting systems.

The use of the service requires the intervention of EL.MO. qualified and authorized security system installers who must create a system account, i.e. a user profile enabled to manage EL.MO. devices. anti-intrusion control units and/or e-Vision PRO series DVR/NVR. Some features will only be available to accounts set up by installers registered on the multi-level structure platform.
What can e-Connect manage?
– EL.MO. burglar alarm systems based on Villeggio, PREGIO, HERCOLA, ETR G2, TITANIA, NET and TACÓRA control units.
– DVR, NVR and IP cameras of the e-Vision PRO series.
– Home automation systems associated with EL.MO. unit
e-Connect can also manage multiple systems simultaneously through a single account: home, office, holiday homes.
What can e-Connect do?
Using smartphones and tablets, it is possible to check the status of the systems, receive notifications (also referring to InstaVision video verification for immediate video monitoring when events occur), enable/disable the burglar alarm devices, view the images of the CCTV systems (live both mono and multi-channel, and playback) or manage home automation systems. As for the chronothermostat, it will be possible to adjust the temperature and control its operating mode remotely.
InstaVision Video Verification
InstaVision is a new e-Connect function for video verification that optimizes the synergy between EL.MO. intrusion and fire detection systems and e-Vision® PRO CCTV systems. It allows you to receive real-time notifications on one of your security systems and immediately check its status. When an event occurs (e.g. attempted intrusion) InstaVision allows you to view live images, images recorded at the exact time of the event and images recorded a few seconds before the event occurred directly from the e-Connect app. This function allows you to check whether the event is a false alarm or a real intrusion or fire event, in which case prompt intervention will be possible. The images are not recorded on third-party servers, but directly on the users’ DVRs and NVRs in order to reduce the risk of personal data violation to zero and drastically reduce system response times.
How is the e-Connect interface?
e-Connect has a complete but intuitive control panel. Main icons provide a quick view of system status, while a convenient side menu allows easy navigation between pages of the e-Connect menu. The system’s interactive graphical maps allow you to manage your devices and retrieve the images displayed by the cameras.
How do you combine power with security?
e-Connect has a Cloud Server structure which includes all the control units connected to the network. The use of the SSL communication protocol combined with certificates issued by international Certification Authority bodies guarantees an exceptional level of security.
Easy setup and P2P
The configuration of the e-Connect app and its association with security devices such as control units and NVR/DVR is an easy operation also thanks to the P2P connection to EL.MO. proprietary server.
